Thorough visual inspection
The condition of the membrane, gaskets, flashings and mechanical components is assessed for signs of wear, such as ballooning, slippage or exposed felts, which could compromise watertightness.
Strategic cleaning
We make sure that drains, gutters and grease traps are kept clear to ensure proper water flow. A clogged strainer or excessive build-up can cause water levels to rise and encourage infiltration.
Joint inspection and sealing
Sealant joints are inspected and maintained to prevent cracking and maintain the integrity of the roofing system.
Maintenance of sealing sleeves
