Evaluation and inspection

As part of the service department, our technical representatives understand the impact a thorough roof inspection has on our clients’ decisions. Therefore, each of our roof evaluations includes a visual inspection report, as well as a budget plan for any necessary repairs, if applicable.

However, we recommend conducting a visual inspection twice a year (spring/fall) due to the significant temperature variations in the province (wind, snow, sun, rain, and ice).
