We recommend performing preventive roof maintenance twice a year (spring/fall) and taking precautions to avoid premature aging of the roof.

* Preventive maintenance includes: cleaning debris, drains, and gutters, as well as inspecting sealant joints, filling sealant sleeves, and cleaning grease traps.
